Corvian Greatknife (Dark Souls III Inspired Model)

This started as a piece I was making specifically for 3D printing (which I will upload photos of in the future). I decided to turn that model into a game ready mesh so I created a low poly. I'm a huge Dark Souls fan and decided to model a weapon inspired by the game. The Corvian Greatknife had a lot of micro detail on the handle that required my own interpretation as many references I could find didn't really provide much information. This began as a study but turn into a recreation of the knife with my own interpretation of the micro details and materials. The high poly was primarily done in zbrush, and the low poly was done in 3DS Max. The texturing was done entirely in substance painter.
